24H/365 RECEPTION
Our reception is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We want you to know that our team is on-hand at all times for any queries or needs that you may have. Give us a call whenever you need; we speak both English and Spanish.
PARKING
Our comfortable parking will enable you to leave your car on the border of the Madrid Central area; as such you will be able to move comfortably around the city without worrying about the traffic restrictions regarding entering Madrid.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS
We make your arrival from and departure to the Airport of Madrid easier. Tell us your flight’s arrival and departure times and we’ll make sure you get there with enough time.
COMMODITIES
A free Wi-Fi connection is available in our luxurious apartments and in the common areas throughout our building. Rooms are equipped with a telephone, hairdryer, international TV channels and other commodities. Our TVs are Smart TVs so that you can make use of your Netflix account.We also offer a wake-up call service.
EARLY CHECK-IN/ LATE CHECK-OUT
So that you can organize your arrival and departure from Madrid center better, we have an early check-in/ late check-out service available. All you need to do is tell us when you would like to enter and leave your apartment and we’ll fit to your needs. (Subject to availability.)
INFO AND BOOKING OF TICKETS
Our concierge is on hand 24 hours a day so that you can ask for tourism and other information at all times. We also have a booking service for football, cinema, concerts, theater tickets and more… all from our apartments in the center of Madrid.
WELCOME PACK
For your comfort, upon arrival your room will contain a toiletries set with shampoo, shower gel, soap and moisturizer, as well as free coffee capsules, tea, oil, salt and sugar for your first day with us. At reception you can also ask for these to be replenished at stock price.
ADDITIONAL CLEANING SERVICE
A free cleaning service upon arriving and departing the apartment is included in your stay, but you can hire our cleaning service on a daily basis or as often as you wish at a reasonable price.
EAT IN
If you haven’t had time to go shopping, or you just simply do not fancy cooking, we have a service available which allows you to order food in advance- and it can be delivered to your apartment even before you’ve checked-in.
