The building, with its 3,500 m2 distributed over 8 floors and 37 apartments,has its own private parking spaces and the commodities of a hotel, with a reception service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Guests feel at home in our apartments. This might be because of the location, right in the center, with all the means of transport on hand to be able to get around to the most interesting spots in Madrid; its museums, shops and leisure areas. Or maybe because of the decoration, which is different in each apartment, with pieces that have been lovingly selected by the Cat in a Square studio, creating atmospheres with character.

Our apartments are located on the border of the Madrid Central area; as such you can comfortably leave your car in our car park and move around the city, avoiding the traffic restrictions.
